The blue-tempered steel is white steel that has undergone a heat treatment that provides temporary protection against oxidation during storage and transportation. Quickly reaches high temperatures, excellent caramelization of juices. Welded, curved French-style handle: easy handling and ergonomics.

Maintenance: scrub with a brush and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
