Thanks to its lightweight, cast aluminium is the perfect compromise between cooking performances and ease of use. The thick aluminium core guarantees a superior heat conductivity with constant and uniform heat diffusion from the bottom to the top of the walls. The stainless-steel base allows these products to be induction compatible.
