The Emile Henry Cheese Baker is ideal for preparing cheese to be served hot: melted brie-based appetizers, mini-fondues or a French raclette style dinner.

Whether it is brie, mozzarella or goat cheese; simply place the cheese in the baker, add sweet or savory garnishes, close the lid and put in the oven. Once baked, serve directly in the baker.

Care instructions:

• Allow to cool down completely before cleaning. Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher
