• Pepper mills are fitted with a design registered Precision+ carbon steel mechanism, that strips peppercorns instead of crushing them, ensuring maximum flavour release from every turn.
• Salt mills are fitted with an ultra sharp ceramic mechanism which does not corrode with time.
• All Cole & Mason salt and pepper mills are covered by a lifetime mechanism guarantee.
• Both mills come filled with premium quality Vietnamese whole black peppercorns and coarse sea salt from Belgium.

Care instructions:

• Not dishwasher safe
• Clean the mill with a damp (not wet) colourless cloth and dry thoroughly
• Do not rinse the mechanism or submerge in water as this may cause rust
• Store in a dry, moisture- free environment - Use high quality peppercorns in all mills

• Never grind over steaming pots or spa pools - avoid moisture

The origins of Cole & Mason brand date back to 1919 when they were founded as a giftware business in the City of London. The company soon expanded into general home goods and in 1946 launched their first wooden mill.
